As a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I help clients get healthier and develop better relationship with food using a non-diet approach. I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, with goals that are realistic and health outcomes that are sustainable.
I like to align with your preferences and values, whether you are looking for hands on or hands off support, you like to follow a meal plan, count macros or would like the freedom to choose what you want to eat.
I believe that a diet should be well rounded and not too limiting or restrictive. Diets often lead to decreased energy, sleep disturbances, binge eating, eating disorders, food guilt, nutritional deficiencies, and weight gain once you are off the diet. This is why I work with you to help you to ditch the “diet” mentality, empower you to achieve the desired results, rather than you stressing yourself out and not get the results on your own.

How It Works

Start with a free 20-minute discovery call with me. During this call, – we will talk about your health goals and challenges. I will provide you a roadmap on how we can navigate your journey to better health and how I can help turn your goals into a lifelong reality. I will also advise you on what plan and package will be a good fit for you.
Initial Session
Let us get started! During this first consultation, we will meet virtually through a secure video chat. By now I should have received your 3-day food diary and a questionnaire form filled by you. I will do a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment and explore suggestions and recommendations. From there, I will offer dietary analysis, meal plans, information sheets, recipes, recommendations to educate and empower you to make better nutrition and lifestyle choices. We will talk through realistic goals that will get you started towards better health.
Follow up support
Behaviors and habits do not change overnight. That is why packages include follow-up sessions to touch base and hear about your successes and challenges. Depending on the package purchased, In between sessions, you will also have phone check ins, WhatsApp and email support for real time advice and encouragement.
