What is included
After booking, you will receive a client questionnaire and a 3-day food diary log which you need to fill and send 2-3 days before. We will schedule a time for a phone call which is up to 20 minute long. During this call i will ask you more questions to understand your goals and assess your current health bandwidth to create a bespoke plan for you.

- Professional Nutritics report analyzing macro nutrients (fats, carbs & protein) and micro nutrients (vitamins & minerals) in the diet including glycemic load and calorie intake based on current food diary
- Full dietary analysis: your current vs your optimal nutritional needs
- Assessment of your macronutrients & micronutrients, BMI -Body Mass Index, BMR- Basal metabolic rate, Total caloric requirement in your diet for optimal health
