Hi, I am Sabah!
I regained my health by using tender nutrition, healthful lifestyle choices, and science-based approaches............
IF I can do it, you can do it too!
How Siha4llife was conceptualized?
The word Siha is derived from the Arabic word – “Sehat” that means – Swasth or Health. The Arabic influence was obvious because of many years that I have spent in the Arabian gulf during childhood and as an adult.
About myself
I have a degree in Computers Sciences and experience in corporate life working for a global banking giant. I shifted my attention to my family when I moved to the middle east to join my husband. In 2019 I embarked on a new journey taking a deep dive into the world of Nutrition.
My journey to becoming a lifestyle coach
My interest in health and wellness developed in 2019 when my own health hit a rock bottom. I was dealing with PCOS, insulin resistance, and an extreme form of PMS- PMDD (Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder). I was carrying extra weight for years because of the metabolic dysfunction and was struggling to lose even a few pounds. As a mother of 2 kids and a care giver to my family, I also suffered poor energy, disturbed sleep leading to a poor quality of life. My health kept plummeting and I suffered Adrenal fatigue where my body could not handle the stress anymore and I needed help to fix my health. I would go the doctors and they would say “your fine” , but from the inside my health was falling apart. The medical advice did not help but it also introduced me to several medications and a “one size fits all” diet chart (I am sure we have all seen that)!!
I took the ownership of my health, I turned to nutrition and lifestyle interventions to heal me from the inside out .I decided to be the Architect of my own health and I started reading and researching about nutrition and how food can be used as medicine to heal the body. I also started to delve deep into hormones and how they impact our health. Henceforth, food became my primary source of nourishment, healthy lifestyle became my way of life . This helped me to feel healthier and happier than ever. I also lost the excess weight and felt my symptoms disappear. Eventually, I resolved my PCOD and Adrenal fatigue!! And I got off all medications too.
I then figured my passion to use food as medicine and to help others who are suffering from poor health who need nutrition and lifestyle coaching to resolve their situations.
My curiosity led me to learn about Nutrition and I signed up for the Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching course from IHS- Institue of Health Science , now known as( IINH – International Institute of Nutrition & Health ). I passed out with an internationally recognized qualification in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching – (Ofqual accredited, regulated UK level 4) and a specialized certification in Fundamentals of Menstrual cycle from
IINH – International Institute of Nutrition & Health (formerly The Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health)

Special Approach To Every Client!

My Approach
I like to treat the client as an individual person in their set of circumstances rather than assume it’s the same deal for everyone – Each person is unique and needs a personalized solution to their own health to be the best they can possibly be in their own life.
People often get dismissed or get the one diet fits all solution which doesn’t work quite well. Often people need to be heard, which is not the case in conventional healthcare where they have been prescribed a pill or given standard advice to- “eat less and exercise more”.
The counseling provided at siha4life is focused on the individual and their health goals, taking into consideration their- life stage, energy levels, stress levels, nutrient bandwidth, activity levels, current lifestyle, and willingness to change.
I provide a confidential place for the client to share. Together we co-create dietary and lifestyle solutions and a health plan that is actionable and attainable.
